Videoconferencing support specialists are trained to provide support for videoconferencing.

  • Testing: Prior to the videoconference, we will test and analyze videoconferencing connections between the sites that need to connect. Testing ensures that the connection can be made and provides an opportunity to resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Technicians will resolve issues that are reported before, during, or after the videoconference.
  • Training: We can train you how to use the videoconferencing technology that is either permanently installed in a multimedia room or located on a mobile cart.
